Terms and Conditions

Credit Notes & Returns –

5.11 – The Customer may not return any Products without first obtaining the prior written consent of Monitor Audio.

5.12 – All returned Products must be in their original packaging and condition, Monitor Audio reserves the right to refuse the return of Products not in their original packaging or condition.

5.13 – A credit note will not be issued until the returned Products have been checked and approved by Monitor Audio.

5.14 – If a Product is deemed faulty and a replacement item cannot be provided a credit note will be issued. Where return of an item is uneconomical and with the express written permission of Monitor Audio, a credit note may be issued once satisfactory evidence of its destruction is provided. Any Product destroyed without prior consent of Monitor Audio shall not be credited.
